• Lead and develop a unit which is ultimately responsible for antenna design of base station antennas, embedded, and interleaved antenna systems
• Provide design responsibility and functional leadership in the fields of RF design, mechanics and electronics

• Personnel and technical management of employees in the “R&D Low Voltage and Components” department
• Management of and collaboration in projects for the new development and optimization of cable accessories up to 1kV and components

Conduct user research together with UX Design and Product Management, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, real-world requirements, and promote user-centered design principles internally....
