• Assist the Lead Development Engineer in designing and improving both new and existing UAV platforms.
• Contribute to the development and testing of drones, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

• Assist in the scheduling and coordination of fleet maintenance and repair services.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Track vehicle status, service schedules, and work orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks

• Lead monthly SIOP Demand and Supply Review Meetings and present net effects of forecasts to manufacturing, finance, and business leadership.
• Develop and manage the demand forecasting process, analyzing sales data, market trends, and historical performance to create accurate demand forecasts.

• Ensure compliance with occupational health, fire safety, and environmental regulations
• Investigate workplace accidents and prepare reports
• Develop and maintain ISO management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001)
• Lead and support EHS and security projects
