• Support end-to-end intercompany accounting processes
• Create and validate intercompany invoices, ensure accurate matching with POs
• Perform month-end closing activities including reconciliations and reporting
• Monitor overdue items and follow up on open balances

• Produce all required project engineering and management documents, for example scope description, cost control, justification, time plan, risk matrix, change log
• Lead projects through Project Gate Process, prepare Concept, Basic and Design Engineering documents for approval

• Gain and practice knowledge of all the Makó technologies and FOMA procedures
• Provide high-level mastery of process-flavuor technology
• Work together with regional development laboratories on Makó related projects

• Lead and coordinate the factory's CI roadmap, aligning initiatives with site and business strategy.
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations to translate the strategic plan into clear improvement priorities and timelines.

• Support and promote all CI initiatives within the assigned business unit, ensuring alignment with the factory's CI journey.
• Build and share continuous improvement capabilities through training, coaching, and certification programs.

• Escalate non-conformance through line management
• Take part in planning preventive maintenance works related to automation, and controlling systems
