• Participate in the operational accounting of ANDE SE and its European branches(Germany, Italy, Spain,Franceand Belgium)in compliance with Luxembourg GAAP and tax regulations
• Perform monthly closing activities, including postings and company-level consolidations

• Process incoming customer payments in accordance with SLA;
• Maintain and clear customer accounts;
• Provide customer balance confirmation and perform reconciliations;
• Process customer returns, rebates, and refunds;
• Generate statement of accounts and process dunning letters;

• Independent daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and document handling
• Financial statements in accordance with HGB
• Be contact person for auditors, tax advisors and banks in Germany
• Assist on budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with finance team
• Review invoices against partner contracts
