• Ensuring financial governance within the Group's finance community and across all finance IT systems based on regulatory and Group requirements
• Tracking and ensuring the timely closure of internal and external audit findings

• Participate in the operational accounting of ANDE SE and its European branches(Germany, Italy, Spain,Franceand Belgium)in compliance with Luxembourg GAAP and tax regulations
• Perform monthly closing activities, including postings and company-level consolidations

• Full ownership of financial accounting and reporting
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Management of trade accounting activities, including revenue accruals, COGS, inventory valuation, and collateral control
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns

• Participating in the planning phase of an audit engagement
• Performing audit procedures in accordance with the established plan and contributing in the reporting phase.
• Monitoring the follow-up of measures to remedy deficiencies

• Handle accounting tasks for corporate loans, syndicated loans, money market products, capital market products, and counter business products
• Perform balance confirmations
• Ensure compliance with and update relevant regulations and internal processes

Complete the monthly reporting requirements in SAP and OneStream independently, be comfortable in explaining financial information, resolving issues and answering Group Reporting queries. Ensure that general ledger information accurately reflects financial position....

• Management of accounts payable in cooperation with the local procurement department, including master data maintenance
• Financial support for internal travel management and preparation of statistical reports
• Preparation of VAT advance returns, EC sales lists and statistical reports
