• Support monthly and annual financial closings, including cost calculations, variance analysis, and preparation of financial reports.

• Coordinating the preparation of lease agreement and verifying their completeness for the purpose of signing the contract
• Ensuring the implementation of provisions according to the lease agreement to properly maintain the continuity of its duration

• Full execution of the accounting tasks for Helpers Hungary and Helpers Finance, Up-to-date Hungarian knowledge of taxation and accounting regulations (local GAAP)
• Payroll processing and related administrative tasks (optional, depending on the candidate’s experience),

• Perform monthly closing activities mostly for Hungary and for other foreign entities (checking the trial balances, reporting in SAP,, profit/cost centre allocation)
• Reporting: accounting and business
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Intercompany reconciliations

• Responsible for the review and verification of invoices, including formal and accounting checks of purchase invoices, and initiating the approval process for invoices prior to payment
• Independent and correct registration of purchase invoices in the books with the use of IT accounting systems

• Supporting the Finance Team Germany in all activities with a focus on the general ledger
• Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/UK GAAP and HGB
• Performing and documenting balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations

• Support in the preparation of external and internal consolidated financial reporting of Fresenius Medical Care AG (according to IFRS)
• Preparation of quarterly reports for the Deutsche Börse
• Preparation of the IFRS report according to § 315e HGB
