• Responsible for the review and verification of invoices, including formal and accounting checks of purchase invoices, and initiating the approval process for invoices prior to payment
• Independent and correct registration of purchase invoices in the books with the use of IT accounting systems

• Analyze, redesign, and enhance Travel & Expense and P-Card workflows across the organization
• Offer expert-level support for the daily activities of the Expense Audit team
• Serve as a key resource for process optimization, compliance guidance, and best practice implementation

• Full responsibility for end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping for multiple Hungarian entities
• Ensure compliance with Hungarian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Maintain communication with Hungarian authorities (NAV, local tax offices, banks)
