• Manage all reservation channels (PMS, IBE, GDS, OTAs, email, phone, wholesalers, corporate and group requests).
• Ensure response time standards and high reservation accuracy.
• Maintain PMS integrity, rate codes, availability, deposits, and billing instructions.

• Be passionate about maintaining a service standard that embraces time as the ‘new' luxury and therefore deliver ‘FIVE-style' service in a timely manner to the highest level of expectation - all while having fun with the FIVE Vibe!
