• Lead, coach, and develop the Transport team, ensuring clear responsibilities, balanced workloads, and high engagement
• Manage daily road transport operations (FTL/LTL) for domestic, export, and intercompany flows

• Oversee the logistics team responsible for order processing, shipment preparation, and distribution to distributors
• Supervise customs processes, import/export documentation, and compliance with EU regulations
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory levels, and stock accuracy

• 4–6+ years of overall with 3+ years of experience in a similar position. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead tenders and manage complex supplier negotiations 
• Experience in aviation fuel operations, purchase, or sales is an advantage.
