• Lead and execute purchasing and supply management activities for all indirect categories at our Zurich Manufacturing Site.
• Develop and implement cost-effective and compliant procurement strategies that create value and support business goals.

• Assume responsibility for the procurement of IT hardware, IT software or SaaS solutions, and related professional services (such as IT consulting) within established thresholds;
• Advice business partners in tenders and manage RFIs and RFPs run by procurement;

• Control, organize and monitor of the entire Transport (Pick up until delivery of the shipment) / Invoicing 
• Active communication towards customer, DSV offices / Agents, sales, subcontractor and carriers

• Manage and coordinate commercial operations related to the loading, discharge and transport of LNG cargoes (incl. ADP scheduling and the co-ordination with terminals)
• Evaluate contracts and diversion options to secure maximum value
• Support in contract negotiations (SPAs, MSPAs, CNs)

• Implement existing processes to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics activities.
• Organize daily shipments of customer orders and shipments required by internal stakeholders, such as Purchasing, R&D, and Marketing.
