• Leads the implementation and ongoing improvement of logistics and supply chain activities related to goods receiving, sampling, storage, and distribution in a GMP-regulated environment
• Creates, updates, and maintains logistics SOPs in line with company standards and regulatory requirements

• Lead and further develop the commercial cargo services portfolio in line with financial targets, customer expectations and dnata Group standards
• Drive profitable growth through acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing partnerships

• Act as main contact person for business users within the support organization for the SAP logistics area and supporting systems
• Work on SAP projects representing the logistics modules (large company projects and SAP rollouts)
