• Control, organize and monitor of the entire Transport (Pick up until delivery of the shipment) / Invoicing 
• Active communication towards customer, DSV offices / Agents, sales, subcontractor and carriers

• Receiving and controlling of incoming finished products, returned goods, complaints, RAW materials, and standard deliveries.
• Preparing customers’ daily orders by processing picking and packing of the goods.
• Dispatching the picked goods
• Entering data into the ERP system

• Translate demand forecast into supply and capacity plan
• Lead the procurement of your commodities by optimizing inventory levels and costs
• Strong follow up of the suppliers’ orders, including escalations
• Issue, explain and communicate the suppliers’ forecasts

• Previous experience in production planning or support chain support
• Strong organisational skills and attention to details
• Proficiency in ERP Systems and MS Office tools
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities
• Fluent in english, intermediate in French

• Executes weigh and dispense operations and material management activities per daily schedules and procedures.
• Performs unloading, preparation, weighing, packing, and shipping of materials, including finished products and drug substances.

• Manage external suppliers' (mainly located in EU) orders to grant the goods availability by checking the stock level 
• Manage intercompany flows of material from production facilities  
• Provide the production priority to SP warehouse according to availability  

Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production and operations and comply with the set NTM inventory targets according to ASP...

• Manage and control the entire artwork lifecycle for externally developed packaging artworks. 
• Coordinate artwork creation, updates, and approvals across internal and external stakeholders. 
• Track change requests and ensure timely implementation of updates.
