• Be the driving force behind the growth and optimization of our European Autohero and WKDA logistics network
• Lead and implement key logistics initiatives from our European headquarters, working closely with local market teams

• Process orders in SAP, including necessary customs and export documentation
• Create offers and proforma invoices according to approved commercial conditions
• Prepare credit and debit notes
• Manage customer accounts and follow up on payments
• Handle the return process, checking and booking returned goods

• Main contact for SAP EWM support for warehouse teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in inbound/outbound flows, picking, packing, RF transactions, and inventory
• Support daily activities such as wave creation, exception handling, and queue monitoring

• Develop and execute category strategies for global supply chain and VAR programs.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure the best terms and conditions.
