• Organizing, coordinating and administering shipments
• Preparing shipments for dispatch, including obtaining and issuing required documentation
• Preparing shipment-related reports and checking invoices
• Tracking shipments online and ensuring accurate status updates

• Organize and optimize procurement flows with suppliers
• Set and release vendor forecasts, manage gaps between forecast and actual demand.
• Define and update supply and stock management parameters (Lead Time, MOQ, Frequency, Stocking policy).
• Manage ramp-up/ramp-down processes and industrial transfers.

• Support indirect sourcing activities at global level
• Coordinate supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution
• Work closely with category managers and business stakeholders
• Maintain procurement data and catalogues in sourcing tools
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and standards

• Overseas point-to-point logistics dispatch, on-site coordination of hoisting business and business integration
• External customer second-party warehouse business coordination, standardization construction management, and periodic account inventory support

• Type: Part-time job (32 hours/week, 4 days)
• Working days: MON/TUE/THU/SAT 
• Working schedule will be up to flight operation (12:30~21:00 or 13:00~21:30)
• Contract type: Fixed-term (7.5 Months, From March to October)

• Supervise field personnel and outsourced staff, including attendance management, shift allocation, and task assignment.
• Handle grievances, support problem-solving for workers, and report personnel issues to management.

• Experience in aviation fuel operations, purchase, or sales is an advantage. 

• Manage the whole process from sales order entry to FG. Setting the planing system with function Master plan / material plan / production plan  and delivery.
• Oversee the production planning and management activities within the organization.
