• Commercial diploma or equivalent
• 4–6 years’ experience in facilities, logistics, or office operations, with increasing responsibility
• Valid driving licence, a clean driving record and a professional driving style
• Familiarity with international organisations and protocol matters

• Act as main contact person for business users within the support organization for the SAP logistics area and supporting systems
• Work on SAP projects representing the logistics modules (large company projects and SAP rollouts)

• Develop and implement the global procurement strategy aligned with Aenova's financial and operational objectives
• Drive value creation through cost optimization, working capital improvement, and risk mitigation

• Being part of our Supply Chain Applications Team in an international IT set-up
• Consulting and Management of Stakeholders as a primary contact to drive Supply Chain applications
• Demand Management to understand business needs and derive IT solution requirements

• Develop and implement a forward‑looking sourcing, procurement, and supplier management strategy.
• Establish and maintain a robust Outsourcing & Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework.
• Oversee the bank's outsourcing register and ensure fully regulatory reporting.

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global SAP Supply Chain solutions (SAP MM, PP, PPPI modules as the SAP Integration Planning S&OP tool)
• Ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational excellence

• Develop, maintain and harmonize global procurement policies, guidelines, processes and tools (incl. IT-tools), to ensure efficient workflows
• Represent Strategic Procurement for process- / systems & tools- / methods- / KPI- questions

• Contribute actively to our core services as leading global transport experts for critical spare parts logistics in the aviation industry
• Design transport concepts based on our existing and growing global network

• Support IT side of the delivery for the build-out of a new Global Fulfilment Center (GFC)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
