• Coordinate transportation and S&H daily operations taking into account capacity constraints and business priorities.
• Ensure and follow-up bp HSSE rules and policies are complied with for all S&H and transportation activities

• Managing the Travel team mailbox: answering travel related queries from employees and helping to resolve travel booking issues
• Managing account creation
• Assisting with travel bookings where necessary
• Assisting with International Travel Compliance team administration

• Review offers, contracts, and customer orders for completeness, and correctness.
• Enter and process orders in SAP (SD/PS) including delivery-oriented and billing plan orders.
• Handle the data exchange with our Sales Affiliate through SAP-IDoc.

• Leading and developing a team of logistics planners and specialists to ensure the successful planning and execution of daily operations at our customer’s two sites
• Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers

• Manage and respond to distributor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Process and follow distributor orders and requests accurately and ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment

• Process and manage customer orders for our Austrian production facility
• Act as the main interface between customers and internal departments (production, planning, logistics)
• Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, lead times, delivery dates, and product availability
