• Commercial diploma or equivalent
• 4–6 years’ experience in facilities, logistics, or office operations, with increasing responsibility
• Valid driving licence, a clean driving record and a professional driving style
• Familiarity with international organisations and protocol matters

• Annahme und Kontrolle der Waren im Food und Non-Food Bereich
• Transport der Ware in das entsprechende Lager
• Lagerung der Ware nach dem First in / First Out Prinzip (FiFo) in die dafür vorgesehenen Lagerorte
• Informiert die Outlets bei Bedarf über die Anlieferung

• Tägliche Erfassung aller Lieferscheine inkl. Kontrolle von Mengen, Preisen, Einheiten sowie korrekter Kontierung nach USALI.
• Prüfung und Verarbeitung von Rechnungen im Warenwirtschaftssystem sowie Klärung von Abweichungen intern oder mit Lieferanten.
