• Performing customer service tasks, e.g., managing transport orders, communicating with clients and partners

• Carrying out and arranging international transport tasks – air import and export

• Logistical processing of the customer orders;
• Arrangement and management of urgent shipments by air and by road;
• Development and management of the Hungarian suppliers'network, on a quantitative basis as well as on a qualitative basis;
• Ensurement of the right level of quality of the shipments performed;

• Preparing quarterly spend analysis to Mersen.
• Creating a purchased item categorization based on Mersen segments.

• Lead and coach the customer service team, conduct performance reviews, support onboarding
• Manage and process customer orders, changes, returns and sample requests
• Handle SAP exceptions, monitor backlogs, resolve issues with factories
