• Independently and proactively collects & analyses data on all commercial fixed assets and prepare reports;
• monitor the inventory of equipment at all locations (warehouses, field sales);

• You’ll spend most of your time calculating prices and recording them in our system to ensure data is well-structured and traceable for decision-making.
• You’ll participate in negotiations with service providers and learn the basics of negotiation techniques.

• Continuous execution of inbound and outbound transportation in our customers' transportation networks
• Performing customer service tasks, e.g., managing transport orders, communicating with clients and partners

• Responsible for the delivery KPIs in the given country, such as transport SLA, on time delivery, POD return etc. 
• Planning and optimizing transport orders
• Delivery note sending & tender releasing to logistics service providers

• manage client communications and process orders,
• organize, book, and track shipments,
• proactively update clients on shipment status and resolve issues swiftly,
• handle invoicing,
• answer client inquiries and requests,

• Plan, implement, and oversee the logistics processes, including transportation, distribution, and warehousing.
• Ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor and manage the logistics budget to optimize costs.

• Support tenders for inbound/outbound logistics and forwarding
• Help set up logistics networks for new business
• Research and assess new trucking and forwarding partners
• Manage and maintain the Global Procurement Management System (GPMS)
• Organize vendor sourcing groups and support supplier evaluations

• Lead and advance the global indirect procurement function, including strategy development, policies, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
• Manage, mentor, and develop an international high-performing team (~40 direct and indirect reports), fostering talent growth and knowledge sharing.

• Execution and enhancing Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and maintaining corresponding database assuring compliance with global export control and trade regulations across all business units.
• Process denied party screenings, obtain clearances, and execute necessary follow-up actions.
