• Maintain highest standards of a 5* superior hotel spa
• Supervise the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns or complaints
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee therapists and spa staff shifts

• Independently manage a specific section in the kitchen and ensure smooth operations
• Prepare and present dishes according to the quality standards and guidelines set by the Head Chef
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

• Take ownership of your designated section, ensuring consistently high standards of food preparation, presentation and service.
• Contribute to the daily production of approximately 900 fresh, high-quality meals.
