• Preparing and presenting a high-quality breakfast service according to our culinary standards
• Ensuring a smooth and efficient breakfast operation from preparation to service
• Preparing egg dishes, hot breakfast items, and à la carte breakfast orders

• Perform assigned work tasks as per our directives
• Behave and act according to the principles of Kulm Hotel
• Carry out work and contribute to continuous improvement
• Be able to organise their work space and plan their daily activities

• Prepare and execute sauces, stocks, jus, reductions and hot garnishes to the highest standards, ensuring consistency in flavour and quality.
• Take full ownership of the saucier section during service, managing timing, organisation and workflow to guarantee a smooth operation.

• Responsible for à-la-carte preparation
• Preparation of various meat dishes
• Responsible for cleanliness and adherence to our standards

• Preparation of pizzas as well as cold and hot dishes
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the defined quality standards throughout the production area
• Proper storage of all food items, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene regulations

• Responsible for the preparation of appetizers and the creation of various dishes
• Substitute for the Chef de Partie in their absence
• Responsible for cleanliness and compliance with our standards
