• Support the development and leadership of kitchen staff
• Prepare, process, season, and plate dishes with attention to detail

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area
• Provide accurate menu information and deliver attentive, professional service to guests
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management

• Recording food and drink orders in the system
