Ihre Aufgaben Führen einer Station Teamwork mit ihren Kollegen tägliche Mise en Place Empfehlungen machen, sei es Gerichte, Weine, Rohmilchkäse, Spirits unsere Gäste mit einem aufmerksamen Service verwöhnen ...

• Professioneller Empfang, Betreuung und Verabschiedung unserer internationalen Gäste
• Check-in und Check-out sowie Bearbeitung von Reservierungen
• Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch
• Annahme und Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen und Reklamationen

• Mitwirken und Unterstützen eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs
• Service am Tisch
• Bereitstellung des benötigten Mise en Place und Aufräumarbeiten
• Unterstützen des Teams bei der Bewältigung der täglichen Aufgaben
• Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften und internen Standards

• Sie sind mitverantwortlich für die Reinigung und Instandhaltung der Wohnungen, sowie die öffentlichen Räumen im Haus
• Sie vervollständigen laufend das Etagen-Office
• Sie bereiten die Wohnungen für die Anreise vor und erfüllen gemeinsam mit dem Portier die Wünsche unserer Gäste

• Unterstützung und Vertretung des Chef de Cuisine in dessen Abwesenheit in sämtlichen organisatorischen und fachspezifischen Aufgaben
• Führung der Küchenbrigade von bis zu 10 Köchen in Abwesenheit des Küchenchefs
• Erarbeitung von Menu- und Angebotsvorschläge

• Check In und Check Out, so wie die herzliche und zuvorkommende Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
• Durchführung vom Tagesabschluss, eigenverantwortliche Kassenführung, Controlling
• Beantwortung eingehender Telefonanrufe
