• Sie unterstützen das Team in allen Belangen des täglichen Geschehens, insbesondere mit dem Concierge und Front Office
• Gästebetreuung
• Begrüssung und Verabschiedung der Hotelgäste
• Hilfestellung beim Ein-und Aussteigen aus Fahrzeugen
• Valet Parking Service

• Sicherstellung reibungsloser Ablauf in der Delta Lounge & Bar und Smoker's Lounge
• Betreuung und Beratung der in- und ausländischen Gäste
• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Apéros
• Korrekte Gäste- bzw. Tagesabrechnungen mit dem POS System
