• Responsible for the preparation of appetizers and the creation of various dishes
• Substitute for the Chef de Partie in their absence
• Responsible for cleanliness and compliance with our standards

• Daily mise en place and preparation of the various dessert creations for the menus
• Preparation of à la carte desserts and the dessert buffet
• Preparation of ice creams and sorbets

• Performing various cleaning tasks
• Carrying out different errands for our demanding and international guests
• Daily assistance with concierge duties

• Preparation of pizzas as well as cold and hot dishes
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with the defined quality standards throughout the production area
• Proper storage of all food items, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with food hygiene regulations

• Cleaning of public areas and restrooms
• Cleaning of stayover rooms as well as arrival/departure rooms
• Dusting corridors and staircases, maintaining order in public areas
• Carrying out the evening turndown service
• Assisting in the laundry room

• Caring for our international guests
• Supporting the Head of Service in all matters
• Mise-en-place and cleaning tasks
• Serving food and beverages

• Responsible for à-la-carte preparation
• Preparation of various meat dishes

• Handling correspondence and taking reservations in German, English, and French
• Check-in / Check-out of our demanding guests
• Preparing various billing statements
• Managing restaurant and massage reservations
• Providing daily support to the concierge/front desk area.
