• Handling correspondence and taking reservations in German, English, and French
• Check-in / Check-out of our demanding guests
• Preparing various billing statements
• Managing restaurant and massage reservations
• Providing daily support to the concierge/front desk area.

• Professioneller Empfang, Betreuung und Verabschiedung unserer internationalen Gäste
• Check-in und Check-out sowie Bearbeitung von Reservierungen
• Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz in Deutsch und Englisch
• Annahme und Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen und Reklamationen

• Check In und Check Out, so wie die herzliche und zuvorkommende Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
• Durchführung vom Tagesabschluss, eigenverantwortliche Kassenführung, Controlling
• Beantwortung eingehender Telefonanrufe

• Empfang, Betreuung, Terminplanung sowie Abrechnen der Spa-Leistungen mit den Tages- und Hotelgästen
• Gäste über das gesamte Spektrum der Wellnessleistungen und Spa Anlagen informieren sowie Führungen durch den Alpine Spa

• Persönlicher Empfang und herzliche Betreuung unserer Gäste vom „Meet & Greet“ bis zum Check-out - so werden unvergessliche Momente geschaffen
• Begleitung der Gäste zu ihren Zimmern und Durchführung des „Roomings“, um den Aufenthalt von Anfang an reibungslos und besonders zu gestalten

• Herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer nationalen und internationalen Gäste
• Check-in und Check-out inklusive Kassenführung
• korrekte Rechnungsstellung
• Gästeinformation und Concierge-Tätigkeiten
• professionelle Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Wünsche unserer Gäste
