• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production and cleanroom equipment, including in-house developed automation systems and off-the-shelf machines.

• Develop and maintain interfaces between Avaloq and external payment systems, including anti-fraud screening systems and the Finastra payment gateway

• IT coordination with external service providers to ensure smooth operation and support of insourced and outsourced ICT infrastructure and applications
• Operational and project support for Biel’s site (production and office environments)

• Operate REGENHU’s bioprinting platforms at an expert level and demonstrate advanced system capabilities
• Develop, optimize, and explain complex additive manufacturing workflows (toolpaths, process parameters, multi-material workflows)

• Provide administrative and logistical support for EULAR’s sponsorship and exhibition operations.
• Communicate with industry partners and follow up on requests.
• Design 2D exhibition layouts and venue plans using AutoCAD, based on provided specifications.

• Oversee the end-to-end organisation of onsite courses in collaboration with faculty, learners, events, and communications teams
• Coordinate with authors and convenors to ensure smooth content delivery
• Evaluate and enhance course formats for continuous improvement

• French mother tongue, with fluent English (company language) and German
• 10+ years experience in at least one of the fields of service that the company offers
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to build and develop a thriving business

• Frontline support for customers and OEM partners
• Commissioning of new detector systems, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs in-house and at the customer site

• Lead and develop the company-wide Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001/14001/27001/and relevant industry standards
• Inspire and empower an agile, high-performing quality team and foster a strong “zero-defect” culture across all functions

• Execution and enhancing Know Your Customer (KYC) checks and maintaining corresponding database assuring compliance with global export control and trade regulations across all business units.
• Process denied party screenings, obtain clearances, and execute necessary follow-up actions.
