• Einsatz auf verschiedenen Küchenposten in einem Team von 2–3 Mitarbeitenden inkl. Lernenden
• Vorbereiten, Zubereiten und Anrichten sämtlicher Gerichte
• Selbstständige Bereitstellung der Mise-en-place
• Bestellwesen und Wareneingangskontrolle im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich

• Frische, warme und saisonale Speisen werden von dir zubereitet
• Die Kunden werden von dir aktiv bedient und beraten
• Es liegt in deiner Verantwortung, die Waren ansprechend zu präsentieren und ihre ständige Verfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten
• Du bist zuständig für die Qualität- und Prozesssicherung

• Beratung und Betreuung unserer Gäste
• Empfehlungen von Speisen und Weinen
• Führen einer eigenen Station
• Mise-en-place Aufgaben
• Reinigungsarbeiten im Servicebereich
• Einhalten der Qualitätsstandards und der konzeptionellen Vorgaben
