• Renewals of expiring contracts or new tender issued by existing customers as well price negotiations ensuring customers having the right prices
• Establish value propositions and build business cases

• Manage and develop a portfolio of global and strategic key accounts with full commercial responsibility
• Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with key customers at all levels, from engineering to executive management

• Building up your own portfolio in an experienced private banking team with additional support from internal departments
• Focus on the acquisition and expansion of longterm client relationships in the high net worth individual segment or intermediaries

• Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
• Independently managing operational tasks related to account maintenance
• Managing and processing credit card requests
• Reviewing and supporting customers in cases of credit denial
• Commercial training or equivalent

• Account management and project acquisition with a focus on OEM volume applications
• Processing customer enquiries, preparing and tracking quotations, and documentation in CRM
• Participation in trade fairs and conferences

• Full revenue responsibility for the country sales (France, Germany, Italy, Spain and United Kingdom) including forecasting and target performance achievement
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor as Buhlmann main contact to customers

• Order processing: Creation, handling, and tracking of customer orders and invoicing
• Handling of quotes and customer inquiries via phone and email
