• University degree a scientific or business field or similar
• Min. 5 years relevant experience CMO Management or procurement in CMO space 
• GMP Experience 

• Oversee the end-to-end organisation of onsite courses in collaboration with faculty, learners, events, and communications teams
• Coordinate with authors and convenors to ensure smooth content delivery
• Evaluate and enhance course formats for continuous improvement

• Provide administrative and logistical support for EULAR’s sponsorship and exhibition operations.
• Communicate with industry partners and follow up on requests.
• Design 2D exhibition layouts and venue plans using AutoCAD, based on provided specifications.
