• Full ownership of daily accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping
• Preparation, review, and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS

• Deliver against agreed commercial and growthtargets
• Identify, target, and acquire new customers(including cold outreach and event-based lead generation)
• Build and maintain strong long-term clientrelationships
• Prepare commercial proposalsand quotations
• Negotiate and close customercontracts

• Develop and validate LC-MS methods for the quantification of impurities in complex samples
• Optimize and troubleshoot analytical methods to ensure accuracy, precision and robustness 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success

• Developing and maintaining sterility assurance and contamination control strategies for aseptic processing
• Leading risk assessments for aseptic process, single use systems and critical interventions, and ensuring compliance with authorities relevant Guidance such as Annex 1

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software across the full stack for our core instrument software.
• Play a key role in building and evolving robust back-end controllers using C#/.NET that interface with instrument hardware and handle data processing.

• Perform release and stability testing of antibodies, proteins, and peptides using capillary electrophoresis techniques (e.g. CE-SDS, cIEF, CZE) in a GMP-compliant laboratory
• Conduct analytical method validations
• Document all work accurately in LIMS, Chromeleon and on paper

• Client Management: Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding digital communication strategies and operational processes.
• Strategic Planning: Provide ongoing consultation and develop campaign strategies together with the Digital Planning Lead.
