• Verantwortlich für die professionelle Bearbeitung sowie persönliche Betreuung der Wünsche unserer internationalen Gäste während der Nacht
• Durchführung und Vorbereitung des Tagesabschlusses

• Du sorgst an der Rezeption spät nachts nicht nur für zufriedene, sondern für begeisterte Gäste
• Du kümmerst dich darum, dass die Kasse gebucht und der Tag gecheckt ist, bevor alle wieder aufwachen
• Du stehst den Gästen in der Nacht für alle Belange als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung

• Front Office & Gast: Durchführung von Late Check-ins und Early Check-outs, kompetente Betreuung der Gäste am Telefon sowie Erledigung von Spezialwünschen.
• Valet- & Gepäckservice: Parkieren der Gäste-Fahrzeuge in der Garage sowie Unterstützung beim Gepäckservice und Rooming.
