Design and implement integration architectures between SAP (ECC/S4HANA) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Microsoft Fabric (Data Pipeline, Dataflows Gen2 , General ETL techniques)....

• Manage and support IT infrastructure, systems, services, staff, and vendors of STAAR Surgical AG which includes Swiss and International users (non-US, non Japan, non China)
• Ensure IT infrastructure and systems operate optimally with minimal downtime and unplanned outages

• As Service Delivery process owner, design, build and manage the delivery of IT services to internal and external stakeholders in alignment with SLAs and KPIs
• Conception, design, engineering and implementation of infrastructure projects in the cloud 

• Line manager and superior for the team members
• Owner of the IT project portfolio with planning and roadmaps, with periodic presentations in Executive Committee meetings and IT SteCo meetings
• Introduce a state-of-the-art project management tool for IT and drive correct usage with related KPIs
