• Responsible for the preparation and implementation of the entire payroll process for some of the Swiss branches
• Maintaining correct and complete personnel and payroll accounting
• On- and offboarding administration such as (de-)registration of social & health insurances

• Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the Mercury Safety Advisor.
• This will include the setup, management of and closing out of the safety file as part of the Management team.
• Supervise and Inspect work to ensure compliance with standard procedures and electrical assignments.
