• Develop and manage strategic progress plans and digital transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes in close collaboration with our CEO
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams and leadership

• As a Project Leader, you are responsible for managing high-impact strategy projects, ensuring their successful delivery and aligning them with strategic goals.
• Furthermore, you are also accountable for advising on innovation, new technologies, sustainability and other emerging business areas.

• Develop pricing concepts and guidelines from a commercial perspective, covering list and net price steering as well as trade terms and promotions
• Act as a center of excellence, working closely with market teams and central functions, incl. Sales, Category Marketing and Finance

• Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for the battery product line – 10Y view.
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts to guide innovation and portfolio expansion.
• Build organizational capabilities in product management, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
