• Perform thermal systems analysis of new products under development in Gentherm Advanced Engineering group and supporting existing programs
• Model flow, heat transfer and multiphysics for various pre-development and production components and porous media using ANSYS

• Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of efficiency across production and related areas
• Supporting, coordinating, and preparing capacity-increasing developments
• Analyzing and evaluating manufacturing and material flow processes, developing proposals for efficiency improvements

 Leads, develops LEAN and Continuous Improvement (CI) capabilities, work processes (e.g.: 5S, SMED, Autonomous Maintenance, etc.) across the functional area with proper change management plans....

• Design and integration of on-board systems into rail vehicles
• Creation of concepts, system requirements specifications and electrical schematics
• Participation in static & dynamic commissioning of the systems including field type testing

• Analyze oilfield data, with a focus on production rates, field trends, and sensor data
• Define and support strategies for oilfield operations and optimization
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand workflows, provide analytical support and deliver actionable insights

• Fill the gaps – Enhance existing documentation with missing details when software functionality gets upgraded
• Document what's new – Create clear, comprehensive documentation for brand-new software features

• Conduct Risk Engineering surveys for the power sector (erection, commissioning and operation)
• Implementation of efficient loss prevention measures with the development of effective risk management procedures at client level
• Develop and implement HRC standards, guidelines, and Risk Engineering tools

• Coordination of system and segment operation as much as the service engineering team
• Coordination of technical and operational System Level aspects with the operations managers (MOMs, SOMs and others) and engineers of the Centers and Segments

• Configure and equip a designated workshop for end-effector manufacturing and a dry lab for system testing and demonstrations.
• Establish, maintain, and operate ROSI's robotic systems, including clinical-grade and research platforms.
