Support our development engineers in supervising inertial sensors during ramp-up and series production and contribute to continuous improvement through data evaluation, advanced analytics, statistics and failure analysis using Python-based toolchains...

• Lead R&D projects for optical sub-assemblies, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Management.

• Product requirement & verification definition efforts
• Hardware design and development from concept to manufacturing drawings
• Integration of designs into global assemblies
• Maintenance & improvement of design and production engineering processes
