• Lead the delivery of complex IT initiatives, ensuring timely execution across internal and external teams
• Manage third-party suppliers and maintain performance oversight
• Coordinate integration points across Technology Delivery teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Solve technical and conceptual challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of methods and tools within one of our cross-functional Scrum teams
• Shape and operate the build and runtime environment of our cloud platform

• Design business processes E2E and derive requirements, which you translate into a technical solution design
• Develop and design innovative technical concepts and solutions that effectively address business requirements.

• Identifying and coordinating the inter-dependencies among projects, products, and other important strategic initiatives across an organization
• Overseeing a whole program, which could be split into sub-projects managed by different project managers
