• Guides, trains and coaches the team/s to work in an Agile way

• Deliver training programs on Scrum, Agile methodologies, and related practices to diverse audiences.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve training materials, learning paths, and workshop content.
• Mentor and support Scrum Masters in their professional development.

• Creation and maintenance of user centered hardware and software documentation as well as user interface texts in English.
• Close collaboration with product managers and engineers to understand product functionality and user needs.
• Active participation in agile Scrum teams.

• Carry out technical engineering tasks with limited guidance.
• Assume the lead role on most launch projects and pre-launch projects.
• Establish timelines and resource needs for assigned projects involving multiple engineering functions.
