• The Monitoring Operator will be responsible for the following:
• Continuous monitoring of IT infrastructure, applications, and services
• Validation and filtering of alerts (false positives, duplicates)
• Classification, prioritisation, and correlation of incidents

• Act as a key point of contact for IT systems administration, including Level 1 and Level 2 support following Abbott IT standards.
• Provide end‑user support to ensure smooth daily operations for our onsite teams.
