• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development capabilities.
• Participate in infrastructure automation projects and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and documentation.

• Maintain and monitor our analytics platform across hardware, network, operating systems and shared services
• Automate installation processes and streamline application delivery pipelines using scripting and infrastructure-as-code with tools such as Terraform or Ansible

• Kubernetes Management
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Kubernetes clusters in an air-gapped environment.
• Work with k8s/k3s to ensure efficient resource utilization and high availability
• Linux Administration
• Maintain Linux servers, including performance tuning, backups, and user management.

• Create, manage, and monitor high-availability (HA) systems and database clusters.
• Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable, and repeatable software delivery.

• Help Shopify run its planet scale systems by enabling our engineering teams to create resilient systems.
• Build and improve tools to keep our platform resilient and performant.
• Help define what Resiliency and Site Reliability Engineering means for Shopify.

• System Ownership & Lifecycle:
• Own the entire system life cycle

• Automation & Operational Efficiency: Drive significant improvements in

• As Service Delivery process owner, design, build and manage the delivery of IT services to internal and external stakeholders in alignment with SLAs and KPIs
• Conception, design, engineering and implementation of infrastructure projects in the cloud 

• Operate and evolve our corporate API Gateway (Kong) on OpenShift and Azure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.
• Design and implement new features and platform capabilities driven by business and customer needs.
