As a Cloud Architect & Advisor (CAA), you will be responsible for the private cloud technical foundation of RISE with SAP and Business Data Cloud (BDC) engagements. The CAAs' mandate spans the initial sales cycle, subsequent change requests and renewal events for private cloud architecture changes....

• Act as the Lead Solution Architect in pre-sales engagements for contact center projects
• Design end-to-end contact center architectures, including:
• Omnichannel routing (voice, chat, e-mail, messaging)
• IVR / call flows / routing logic
• Voice-, Mail- and Chatbots
• Workforce and quality components

• Encourage “thinking big” and holistic approaches towards solution building;
• Create an inclusive atmosphere where assorted opinions, ideas, personalities and work styles are recognized and respected;
