• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and integrate them into the CRM system
• Define and enforce CRM development standards based on best practices and governance models

• Writing clear and precise customer documentation for hardware and software products in German and English, taking into account company standards and legal requirements;
• Analyse user needs to ensure our documentation provides the correct information for successful product installation and operation;

• Design, implement, monitor, maintain and optimize SAP S/4HANA systems for SAP Sovereign Cloud in Germany.
• Setup of a multi-system landscape architecture and integration aspects between heterogeneous system technologies.
• Provide on-call support for incidents and performance degradations.

• Design, develop, and implement platform solutions that enhance the reliability, security, and scalability of the AI Platform infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership in cloud infrastructure, networking, CI/CD, and security for AI and MLOps workloads.

• Recording customer requirements and formalising them into system requirements
• Refining device requirements
• Monitoring project status using configuration management tools such as Jira and Confluence
