• What you will do:
• 1. Application Support / Business Continuity
• • Provide day-to-day L2-L3 support in SAP ECC (temporary) and S/4HANA
• • Resolve technical incidents in a close cooperation with internal and external partners
• • Serve as a technical and functional consultant for business stakeholders

• Design, configure and administer Jira Software and Jira Service Management for multiple business units
• Implement and optimise ITSM and non-IT processes in JSM (e.g. HR, Finance, Facilities, Compliance)

Manage the technical implementation of the SAP FSM Solution with various constellations of connected back end systems including SAP ECC CS, non-SAP ERP systems and in the future S/4HANA Service Management...

• Communicate and coordinate efforts with team members, both contractor and client, throughout Agile development process.
• Works alongside project/team leaders regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.
• Ability to apply technical principles, theories, and concepts.

Design and implement integration architectures between SAP (ECC/S4HANA) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Microsoft Fabric (Data Pipeline, Dataflows Gen2 , General ETL techniques)....

• Act as NIS2 Integration Expert, bridging the German KRITIS team with other EU member states' critical infrastructure teams.
• Manage Cross-Border Integration of security protocols, processes, and controls in accordance with NIS2.
