• Design, configure and administer Jira Software and Jira Service Management for multiple business units
• Implement and optimise ITSM and non-IT processes in JSM (e.g. HR, Finance, Facilities, Compliance)

Taking responsibility for the analysis and coordination of the elaboration of global E2E business processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives of the ZEISS MED segment and IT experts...

• Gather and challenge the needs of operational teams.
• Identify gaps between existing processes and standard Odoo features.
• Identify functional requirements.
• Prioritize end-user requirements by discriminating “must have” from “nice to have”

• Administer the Palantir Foundry platform, managing the security model including Spaces, Organizations, User Groups, and Markings
• Implement and oversee data governance practices and ensure compliance

• Implementation of software components in helicopter simulations
