• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support via ticketing system, phone, email, and in person
• Install and maintain network and server hardware components
• Manage and maintain internal software distribution system
• Install and maintain printers and video conferencing systems

• 1st/2nd level support for users (Windows, Android, iOS)
• Administration and development of our Microsoft 365 environment
• Support for the hybrid infrastructure (MS Cloud + On-Prem)
• Active Directory & group policies
• Virtualisation environments (e.g. VMware, Azure VM)

• Conduct digital forensic investigations in the context of information security incidents, ensuring thorough and accurate analysis.
• Collect, preserve, and document forensic evidence in accordance with industry standards and legal requirements.

• As an IT Support Technician (f/m/d)*, you are responsible for the quarterly hardware renewal and its management.
