• Automation & Operational Efficiency: Drive significant improvements in

• Help Shopify run its planet scale systems by enabling our engineering teams to create resilient systems.
• Build and improve tools to keep our platform resilient and performant.
• Help define what Resiliency and Site Reliability Engineering means for Shopify.

• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to analyze business needs and integrate them into the CRM system
• Define and enforce CRM development standards based on best practices and governance models
• Configure the system, workflows, automation, and integrate it with third-party systems

• Implementation of software solutions for research purposes
• Translation of research code into robust software (e. g., optimization, refactoring)
• Contribution to research projects to allow deployment (containerization, virtualization)

• Orchestration, deployment and administration of the open source software services developed at OSL.
• Design, development and implementation of data workflows within the above-mentioned software tools.
• Design, development and maintenance of software extensions within the above-mentioned software tools.

• Resolve support tickets and site-specific IT issues related to infrastructure and escalated user incidents
• Perform on-site maintenance, inspections, and updates for servers, network equipment, and related hardware

• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development capabilities.
• Participate in infrastructure automation projects and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and documentation.

• Design, implement and manage Azure-based infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
• Configure and maintain Kubernetes clusters, including deployment strategies, scaling and monitoring
• Build and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building and deployment

Engage with clients pre-sale to implement Trial and Evaluation programs with Axon products; collaborate internally on RFP/RFI responses....
