• Design, configure and administer Jira Software and Jira Service Management for multiple business units
• Implement and optimise ITSM and non-IT processes in JSM (e.g. HR, Finance, Facilities, Compliance)

• You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Take ownership of incident resolution and service requests via Jira, adhering to defined SLAs.
