• You will support the OKR Program Lead and Group-wide OKR responsible with the community sessions: planning, logistics and communication
• You will support with the creation of OKR materials and resources: course, podcasts, training sheets etc.

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Marketing Director and the department, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and travel coordination.
• Prepare materials for key meetings, including agendas, ​coordinating presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides), and reports.

• Plan, organize, and execute regional trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and customer events etc. with full ownership of timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage vendors, agencies, and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution, cost efficiency, and brand consistency.

• Plan, organize, and evaluate all school events (academic functions, social events, fundraisers) from concept through to post-event review
• Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and logistics plans in collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team, staff, and the Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)
