• Lead complex projects, managing all phases from sales handover to project closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication
• Serve as the primary contact for international customers, leading meetings and factory acceptance tests

• Take ownership of multiple process projects across all phases (Design, Manufacturing, FAT, SAT)
• Develop detailed process documentation (P&ID, Functional Specifications)
• Define project timelines and track key deliverables
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency

• Lead the full cycle of packaging projects, from initial concept and chartering to development and final handover.
• Drive packaging innovation by identifying and steering projects with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Project leading of international projects
• Coordination of all the activities of new product launches from the marketing brief phase to the first customer compliant delivery
• Preparation of timeline and action plan for the team to be shared with the client
• Control subtasks within individual departments
